When will my account be setup
If you have ordered any of the above plans your account will be setup instantly as soon as payment or the checkout process has been completed.
How does the money back guarantee work?
If you pay for your plan yearly, you are covered under our 14 day no quibble money back guarantee, in your first year only. If you pay for your services monthly, since you won't be paying anything for the first 3 months then theres nothing to refund. If you purchased a domain name then these are not covered under our money back guarantee.
Do I have a traffic limit?
No, we do not limit your monthly usage on any of our premium plans.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan. Please log a ticket or call us and a member of staff will assist.
What happens if prices goes up?
We aim to be as competitive as possible, however if prices increase that's out of our control, such as domain prices or co-location prices, then your price can increase to. You will be notified in writing with at least 30 days notice.
If I use up my 10 GB Email allowance, can I purchase more?
Yes you can. We offer 10 GB for an extra £11.99 per year.
