When will my account be setup
If you have ordered any of the above plans your account will be setup instantly.
How does the money back guarantee work?
Monthly or Annual paid for plans are covered under our 30 day money back guarantee. *If you activate your free Blesta/WHMCS license you will forfeit your right to any refund whether its paid for monthly or yearly. If you purchased a domain name then these are not covered under our money back guarantee and we will deduct your domain name cost from your refund.
Do I have a traffic limit?
No, we do not limit your monthly usage on any of our premium plans.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan. Please log a ticket or call us and a member of staff will assist.
What happens if prices goes up?
We aim to be as competitive as possible, however if prices increase that's out of our control, such as domain prices or co-location prices, then your price can increase to. You will be notified in writing with at least 30 days notice.
Do you set limitations?
